Internet - Plans & Devices

Active Subscriptions

  1. Select Internet from the left menu.

  2. Click Subscriptions.

You'll see a table of residents with active subscriptions, including information on:

  • Their unit number

  • Their current internet plan selection

  • Their balance

Selecting a resident lets staff:

  • Suspend service

  • View payment reports

  • Change the subscribed plan

  • Refresh the network password

  • Reactivate service

  • Terminate service


Internet Plans

  1. Select Internet from the left menu.

  2. Click Internet Plans.

Here staff can update the available plan list for residents to choose from, which includes:

  • Adding new plans via the Add plan button

  • Updating existing plan options by clicking on them and updating the fields

  • Delete existing plans by clicking into the plan and using the Delete plan option at the bottom of the drawer (Note: only plans that have no active subscriptions to it can be deleted)


SSIDs

  1. Select Internet from the left menu.

  2. Click Networks.

You’ll see a table including information about the configured SSIDs and attached locations:

  • Name

  • Username

  • SSID

  • Security type

  • Unit


Devices

Under Devices, tap Internet.

This tab lists all physical hardware connected to the internet system:

  • Serial Number (S/N)

  • MAC Address

  • Device Name

  • IP Address

  • Type

  • Software & Hardware Versions

  • Onboarding State

  • Last Sync Time

Useful for inventory tracking and troubleshooting.
