Step 1: Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to set up an account within our web store.
Step 2: You will receive an email to activate your account and setup a password.
Step 3: Use these credentials to login at onequext.com/my-account/
Step 4: Browse and select the product(s) you need.
Please specify the finish you need your product in if selecting locks/accessories.
Step 5: When done, click View Cart.
Step 6: Review your contact information, shipping address, and billing address.
Step 7: Select your estimated shipping cost.
Keep in mind — this is just an estimate. The final shipping charge will be calculated by our warehouse once your order is processed. That’s because shipping costs depend on several factors, like product availability and when each item can actually ship.
For example, if you select overnight shipping but the lock you ordered won’t be in stock for six weeks, your order will still ship overnight — six weeks from now, once that product becomes available.
The shipping method you choose reflects how quickly your items will ship once they’re ready, not necessarily how soon they’ll arrive.
Step 8: Click Place Order.
Step 9: You will receive an invoice for the products ordered.
