Select the service tile at the bottom of your Quext IoT Admin app screen.
Select the building and the unit.
NOTE: You can also use the magnifying glass in the top-right corner to search for the unit.
Select the sync icon (located within the lock section) which will bring up three options:
Full Sync - Update access, fix any issues, settings, or if the device was recently installed.
Credentials Sync - Update any new credentials (users).
Lock Configuration Update - Update the lock with new settings.
When sync is completed, tap Finish.
