Staff - Admin App Lock Sync

  1. Select the service tile at the bottom of your Quext IoT Admin app screen.

  2. Select the building and the unit.

    1. NOTE: You can also use the magnifying glass in the top-right corner to search for the unit.

  3. Select the sync icon (located within the lock section) which will bring up three options:

    1. Full Sync - Update access, fix any issues, settings, or if the device was recently installed.

    2. Credentials Sync - Update any new credentials (users).

    3. Lock Configuration Update - Update the lock with new settings.

  4. When sync is completed, tap Finish.
