Bluetooth Key
Inside your Admin app, and once within Bluetooth range of the door, click the key icon next to the location you need to access.
You can also tap the location to open up more details around the lock, then tap the key icon to activate the lock.
Tip: You can star locations that you need frequent access to so that they populate at the top of your list.
You'll now need to manually turn the deadbolt to open your door.
Manually lock/unlock door. Wait for a ACTIVATED! message on the phone's screen and an indicator from the lock (an audible beep or green light) before manually locking/unlocking the deadbolt.
Tip: You may be prompted to present your phone to the lock. Be sure you're in Bluetooth range, and give the communication just a moment to go through.
Remote / Virtual Key
You can also activate your lock remotely if you have a guest at the door! Just change the opening method to remote.
NOTE: Your guest should be standing at the door when you tap to activate your lock from the app. They'll also watch out/listen for an indicator from the lock (an audible beep or green light) before manually locking/unlocking the deadbolt.
