Staff - Delete a User

NOTE: User Restrictions - Only Property Managers can delete users from the Quext system.

Steps

  1. Click the users and roles management tab within the Admin section of your Smart Communities section.

  2. Search for the user within the portfolio users tab that needs to be deleted, and click their line item.

  3. Click the three-dot menu then choose remove and then click yes, remove.

Reminder: All temporary access and keys must be removed from the user before deletion is possible. Follow these guides for help: Revoke temporary access, Revoke keys
