Staff - View Device Battery Status

  1. From the devices page, choose the tab based on what device(s) you need to manage batteries for.

  2. View the battery information for that device.

Here are a few things to remember:

Thermostat / Hub Bridge

  • If a Quext thermostat loses system voltage (image 1), it will run off battery voltage. Thermostat battery voltage below 2.3 indicates the batteries need to be replaced (with two AA batteries). If a thermostat is offline, you can access the unit by assigning a virtual key or performing the sync a lock procedure (guide listed below).

Locks

  • Allegion (Schlage) lock battery voltage (image 2) below 5.0 indicates the batteries need to be replaced (with four AA batteries). If a lock has a dead battery, perform the Jumpstart Procedure (guide listed below) to access the unit.
