From the devices page, choose the locks tab.
Select the unit you are looking for.
You can sort by the filters at the top of the page, or use the search feature.
Click the three-dot menu and choose access history.
View the lock history details which includes:
Who has activated the lock (Staff, Vendor, & Resident).
What type of key they used (Virtual or Mobile).
The time stamp around when it was authorized or denied.
