Keys
Navigate to Devices > Locks > Credentials
This screen shows key types, who they are assigned to, and the number of locks each key has access to.
Search for a specific key by clicking the filter icon.
You can filter by key type and user role.
You can also search by badge id or user to show who that key is assigned to.
Locks
Navigate to the Devices page and choose the Locks tab.
View your locks and see which unit(s) they are associated with.
To look at a specific lock, search for the location that the lock is associated with and choose it from the list.
This screen displays details around the lock like:
Lock type
Device name
Last seen time
You can also view the keys page to understand who has access to this lock and what dates that access will be active.
Thermostats
Navigate to the Devices page and choose the Thermostats tab.
View your locks and see which unit(s) they are associated with.
You can search by unit, or sort and filter the list.
Click the three-dot menu to add a new thermostat or personalize your page view.
To update firmware, contact Customer Support who can help accomplish this.
Select a thermostat and click view full details to see all details for this thermostat, manage schedules, look at advanced settings, or replace or delete the device.
