Failed PACS (Physical Access Control) operations alert you to devices that need attention. When you see a PACS alert, follow these steps to review the alert:
If the alert is related to a Resident or unit, note the location/unit number. If related to a User, note the User’s name.
From the Devices tab, select Locks and then click PACS.
Use the Filter icon to:
filter the Status fields to Failed.
search by either location/unit number or user name.
Click Apply.
Review the PACS Queue Log. Here you can view the notes related to the fail.
The PACS Trigger will indicate the event that triggered the error
If the trigger is Revoke Temporary Access, perform the Sync a Lock procedure
If the error is related to the thermostat or lock, follow the troubleshooting steps for devices
Select Retry from the PACS Queue Log
If after a few minutes you still see the error - contact Quext support
