Resetting a Resident's Password

  1. Navigate to People, then choose residents.

  2. Search for and select the resident.

  3. Click the three-dot menu and choose reset password.

  4. When asked, "are you sure?" select yes, reset.

The resident will receive an email. Instruct the resident to follow the steps in the email to complete password reset.
