Renewing a Lease
Navigate to the leases page.
Choose the desired resident.
Click the three-dot menu and select renew lease.
Choose the new lease end date.
Click renew.
Repeat for any resident attached to this lease, if applicable.
Transferring a Resident
Navigate to the leases page.
Choose the desired resident.
Click the three-dot menu and select transfer residents.
Choose the new unit.
Click transfer.
If multiple residents are associated with this lease, please ensure that any resident who is NOT transferring is deleted from the resident(s) box.
