Staff - Revoke Staff & Vendor Keys

Revoking Keys

Staff

  1. From the People page, select Staff and then click Key Ring next to the desired user.

  2. Click Manage keys.

  3. Depending on the types of keys this user is issued, you'll need to:

    1. click the trash icon next to listed fobs and click Revoke.

      1. NOTE: Fobs marked not returned cannot be used again.

    2. toggle off a BLE key, pin code, remote key or Quext pass.

    3. remove any gate tags or Wallet passes.

  4. Select save.

Vendor

  1. From the People page, select Vendor and thenchoose the vendor from the list of users.

  2. Click the three-dot menu, and choose keyring.

  3. Click the three-dot menu, and select key management.

  4. Depending on the types of keys this user is issued, you'll need to:

    1. change the status of the fob to returned or not returned.

      1. NOTE: Fobs marked not returned cannot be used again.

    2. toggle off a BLE key, pin code, remote key or Wallet pass.

    3. remove any gate tags.

  5. Select save.
