Revoking Keys

Staff

  1. From the access page, choose the staff member from the list of users.

  2. Click the three-dot menu, and choose keyring.

  3. Click the three-dot menu, and select key management.

  4. Depending on the types of keys this user is issued, you'll need to:

    1. change the status of the fob to returned or not returned. Fobs marked not returned cannot be used again.

    2. toggle off a BLE key and/or pin code.

    3. remove any gate tags.

  5. Select save.

Vendor

  1. From the People > vendor page, choose the vendor from the list of users.

  2. Click the three-dot menu, and choose keyring.

  3. Click the three-dot menu, and select key management.

  4. Depending on the types of keys this user is issued, you'll need to:

    1. change the status of the fob to returned or not returned. Fobs marked not returned cannot be used again.

    2. toggle off a BLE key and/or pin code.

    3. remove any gate tags.

  5. Select save.
