Click the application status. If there is an ID verification issue, it will be listed on the preview screen.
Click View all details.
In the Household members section, open the dropdown menu.
In the Background Report section, click Review ID verification results to understand any failed analysis.
NOTE: The following should only be done if approved by your organization.
To override the failure and add identify data manually, click the purple icon.
Enter applicant’s personal information then select Document type.
Enter the applicant’s SSN and then Add ID document photo.
At least one document should contain a photo of the applicant.
Click Add.
Click Resume application.
TIP: Document ID will be applicant’s driver’s license number, visa number, passport number, etc.
