If your phone is unavailable or powered down, you can operate the smart lock manually using your key fob.
To unlock or lock the door manually:
Place the key fob, wallet key, etc. on the lock's logo.
When the lock is activated, you’ll receive a type of prompt (like an audible beep or visual green light) to indicate that you can operate the
deadbolt.
Open the door.
Note: After unlocking, the door locks again automatically after approximately 20 seconds.
If your door beeps for an extended period of time, this is a signal that batteries are low. Contact Community Management.
