Install the App
The Quext IoT Resident app is supported on iPhone and Android phones.
On Android phones, Location Services for Bluetooth must be enabled.
Biometric authentication is strongly recommended.
Search “Quext IoT Resident” or use the below QR codes:


Set Up the App
Open the Quext IoT Resident app.
Enter your username and password. If you do not have this information, contact Community Management.
Agree to the Privacy Policy. Select Save password to skip the login page in the future.
If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password? and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
Select SIGN IN.
When prompted to allow the app to access your location (or Bluetooth, depending on your mobile operating system), agree and follow the on-screen instructions to allow access.
Enter a four-digit Lockout PIN code of your choosing and select NEXT.
You will use this code to access the app on future sign-ins or when the app locks out after a period of inactivity.
Re-enter the PIN code to verify it and choose START.
Select an authentication method to use by default (a PIN code or biometric identification) and select SAVE.
