From Quext.io

  1. Click the Chat with Support icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Select either:

    1. Send us a message- for a direct chat with our Support team

    2. Search for help- for a step-by-step guide and video on how to perform difference actions within the portal.

From Quext IoT Admin App

  1. At the login screen tap Get help.

  2. If logged in, tap the three-dot menu, then tap Chat with Support.

For maintenance emergencies, please call 1 (888)850-4120, select option #1. Please leave a message with your name, callback number, and property name. A support team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
